CCPA’s 11th and 12th-grade students will kick off their first project of the year.

Challenge: Host a Mock Election Night for families and members of the community to answer the following Essential Question: What strategies and resources can we use to become an informed and educated voter who makes thoughtful and responsible decisions in elections?

Students will create a mock Voter Guide that includes their stance on a candidate or proposition based on research conducted on the candidate or proposition. Students will then be expected to host a Mock Election night where they will present their guides and stances to attendees demonstrating their knowledge in answering the Essential Question.
